Tomorrow I shall leave this turf
To enjoy some sun and sand and surf
I cannot wait – and do not fret,
Mexico is a real safe bet!
But I’ll be careful like everyone says
And I won’t dance with Juan Valdez
I’ll think about you while I’m there
While I lay on my beach chair
Sipping drinks and watching waves
Feeling the hot sun on my legs
I wish that all of you could come
To join me in the land of sun
But until then, I bid farewell
I’ll be back soon with stories to tell!
